Poster instructions

To help you design your poster for ecoSTP2025, we would like to give you some guidelines and suggestions:

• The poster size is A0 (841 x 1189 mm) and you can use your own template.
• The posters should be oriented in portrait.
• Incorporate high-quality images, graphs and charts to illustrate your research findings and make your poster more engaging!
• Don’t forget to include your contact information in the poster so that people who are interested on your research can reach out to you!
• As a suggestion to make the poster presentations more interactive, you can include a QR code on your poster linking to a 1 min video of yourself presenting your poster!
  • If you decide to take on this creative tip, we suggest you to upload the video on an online platform and link the QR on your poster to the video.
  • You can additionally contact us on ecostp2025@meetx.se so we can share the link to your video on our LinkedIn page!
• Please mount your poster on the designated poster wall corresponding to your assigned poster number during the conference. Mounting materials will be provided in the poster area.

Please note that you have the possibility to present and discuss your poster both in a dedicated session (Tuesday 17.30-18.30, snacks will be served) and at all coffee breaks during the conference (the poster exhibition is in the same area as coffee breaks).
